Eligibility & Age Limit
2.1 Age Requirement
To use 88eb's services, you must be 21 years of age or older. We are strictly committed against gambling by minors. You must declare your correct age when creating an account.
- We may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.
- Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure.
- Any winnings by an underage user will be forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
88eb primarily provides services to players in Bangladesh. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that online gaming activities are legally permitted in the location from which you are accessing the platform. Access from certain geographic regions may be restricted.
Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation Rules
To create an account at 88eb, you must provide accurate and complete information. Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

- The account may not be created in someone else's name or on behalf of another person.

Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
Funds can currently be deposited at 88eb via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
- Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
- The maximum deposit limit will be displayed on the platform.
- Keep a record of every transaction.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount from 88eb is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number from which the deposit was made.
- Withdrawals cannot be made before the conditions of an active bonus have been met.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
- Maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply.
4.3 Transaction Processing
All transactions are processed in Taka (BDT/৳). 88eb does not charge any transaction fees, however the mobile banking provider's own charges may apply. We reserve the right to carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
88eb offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 as a bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.
- This bonus applies only once per account.
- The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20x (on the bonus amount only).
- Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
- The wagering requirement must be met within a specified time period.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions at 88eb:
- An active and verified account is required to claim a bonus.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
- 88eb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
5.3 VIP Program
88eb's VIP Program has a total of 5 levels. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each level:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Advancement through VIP levels is determined based on your regular gaming activity. 88eb will determine the cashback amount and payment schedule.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Play Conditions
All games at 88eb are conducted in a fair and impartial manner. Game results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely independent and not predictable.
- Using any external software or tools during gameplay is prohibited.
- 88eb's decision on game results is final.
- If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the bet will be returned.
- If an error or bug is detected in a game, the result of that game may be cancelled.
6.2 Sports Betting Rules
Separate rules apply to betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If a match is cancelled or postponed after a bet has been accepted, the original stake for that bet will be returned. Any attempt to take advantage of match fixing or manipulation is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
7.1 Fully Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and legal action:
- Creating an account with false or forged information
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Organised gaming to exploit the bonus system ("bonus abuse")
- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources
- Hacking, cracking, or attempting to breach platform security
- Harassing or threatening other players or staff
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor
- Playing games using automated bots or software
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 88eb's Rights
88eb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Any violation of these Terms
- Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Failure to complete identity verification
- Account remaining inactive for an extended period
- Legal or regulatory reasons
8.2 User's Right to Close Account
You may voluntarily close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. A self-exclusion option is also available for responsible gaming.
